newfy for her to ask for medication she has to acknowledge she has a problem. Until then nothing will work, still in the mind acceptance of the situation is a positive move, taking action is even more of a positive move, definately think there is money involved in this. BUT WHAT DID SHE DO TO THE GAMBIAN GIRL |

Well... My friend started dating the Gambians ex husband, (or they were not legally divorced by the time but they were separated) so she got mad at her I guess. The gambian girl and my friend are not and have never been close friends by the way. They just knew eachother facially, never used to even greet eachother or anything. |

| witchcraft, no but tribal and spiratuals beliefs definately. not sure i would say witchcraft, such a negative word. n the west we believe in the stars, in the east feng shui, each continent has its own beliefs. not just africa. |

jambo, thanks. You are absolutely correct that different regions of the world have different belief systems that are inconsistent with reason and science. I personally resort to spirituality when reason is inadequate to cope with life. I welcome your insights on the reality in Africa beyond that represented by media.
