It was by a call from US that this information came to me yesterday. No bio-data readily at hand. Perhaps someone closer to Sukuta (Sabiji) will know. Being a senior public servant, at that height of achievement, his demise is certainly a national loss. May his soul rest in peace.

Madiba,

From what i gathered, the Director (deceased) of NARI was called Dr. Lamin Bojang. Perhaps some of you may already know that in the course of a year or so, NARI lost another senior staff Dr. Ebou Kunjo. I gathered he too was one time Director or in similar capacity. May their souls rest in peace.

Thses are difficult times. We are loosing many of our well seasoned public officials. May we have the fortituded to bear the loss and may the departed be granted eternal peace with the Lord.

Indeed, these are trying times and great loss in the nation's human resource capital. Madiba, yes, Dr. Ebou Kunjo passed away almost the same time with Saim Kinteh; within very short interval.

Karamba, these indeed difficult times. Was Dr.Kunjo sick? For Uncle Saim i heard the news. He had been sick i learnt. I saw Dr.Kunjo the last time i was in town. He looked healthy from the outside anyway.

May Allah grant him and all the deceased before him Jannah and give their families the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

NARI has lost a great scientist in Dr.Kunjo.

Madiba,

Dr. Kunjo I was made to know had not been sick in the way anyone would have thought he'd not survive. In all the years, I have considered Dr. Kunjo a really healthy person and lively. When I first learnt of his demise, it was quite a shock. May his soul and those of the many before and after him rest in perfect peace. Amen

Dr. Kunjo supervised one of my friends thesis. He was a great guy.The last time I saw him , he was finishing his doctorate . I understand he has been struggling with diabetes for a while before his demise. It was a big loss.
