Where the Law of Uneven Development remains the decisive factor it is hard to see weaker economies being accomodated by stronger economies. One may wonder why Qaddafi turns so generous this time round. Some countries endowed with richer resources perceive the others as liability. In every partnership, there is the fact of balancing the factors. Some countries have cultivated hostility and conflict in the last decade. Others have full blown dictatorial leaders. Fewer countries in Africa have bankable combined human and others resources. We all wish these Uneven and Contrasting factors get reconciled. What we don't know is when if at all.

karamba , you remind of a question pose to me by a swidish young animal right activist and human right activist ,we where discussing issues of global phenominum and she she asked me what did i study ? i said finance and accountancy .she was shocked .she told me why do i have study a field that will be use to enhance exploitation .i couldn't answer ,but i said to her ,every thing can be use for good and bad ,so i expect to use my skills on the good. she just smiled.
i was caught out. but then i too grill some lamb bugger and pasuaded her to have a try which she did ,so i too caught her out. .but a serious note ,we shouldn't become enhancers of expliotative capitalism. it is luccrative when you get the right connections but ,many suffer as a result. the rain forest has been contaminated by some american oil companies ,yet the clean up as been abandon. |
