A poem to read and laugh;a poem to read and tear up; a poem to read and rejoin; a poem to read and rejoin. It is written with the hope that it will provoke a debate. Though, its morals and the characters exposed is no hidden secrete in today's Gambia, but the reality is that it is freely written.

ECHOES OF FREEDOM
Helter, skelter
Rings of freedom
Wars of freedom
Echoes of freedom
Floods of freedom.
Helter, skelter
The little egret bird,
Singing its melodious
Tone in the loudest of echoes
Whistling the calls of unity.
Helter, skelter,
Tis’ prophets of false
Still in malady-town
Brain-sealed
Deaf, dumb and blind.
Helter, skelter,
Tis’ wolves of town
Hunting and preying
On the little calves
Spites of Edi Amin.
Helter, skelter
Tis’ warriors of Badr
Pillars of the angels
Never defeated by sodomites
Of eastern Sw’ee’dan.
Helter, skelter,
Magnets of freedom,
Attracting the millions
Repelling the trillions
Defaming the devils.
Helter, skelter
Parades of the *****s,
Commander of the devils
Sickening doctor of town
Prophet of agony.
Helter, skelter
Tales of hypocrites
Intellectual pirates
Thieves of freedom
Carriers of dark hay.
Helter, skelter.

How is the aids cure going so far? Some deaths were registered, and others were removed from the treatment.

| yero i always await your wonderful line of poems . indeed you are not been too emotional our brothers are suffering in the hand of the tyrant. yaya can rule without harming gambians but i always wonder why the tyrany ? why the NIA grip of unnecessary power ? this is nonsence and a waste of national resources . he can rule the gambia in a peaceful way ,but the man is drunk with blood and if one is use to spilling blood he gets addicted untill he himself is drag in the streets. let him leave innocent people alone. power doesn't mean assaulting weak and defenseless citizen's .''however long a night may be it will break into days '' . |
