Come Again are you saying that the President should have no say in a public owned enterprise? Or are you saying that instead of the NIA coming to arrest people for unpaid Bills another organisation should be given the mandate? I personally feel that the NIA should stick to matters of National Security and that an Independent collection Agency be created to chase defaulters because that seems more logical. Jammeh advisers should look into decentralisation rather than opting soley for centralisation. There seems to be a vacuum in policy formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. If the Agenda is to hook up the Gambian populace to the National Grid and water suppliers Jammeh needs to create the infrastructure for a better think tank.
