....except for taking an unfortunate step into Jammeh’s path of a wild goose chase. This witch hunting will not diminish an ioata of the truth about his record.

Read Fatou's interview with the Independent at:

http://www.allgambian.net/news-stories_263.html

The only crime she has comitted is to express her inalienable right to her own opinion based on the questions posed to her by the paper. It is a pitty the prevalent lassitude in Gambia is fast becoming a detriment to the very existence of free citizenry.

Stay strong Fatou as always! Alluta....

bambalaye ,thanks for forwarding the interview. fatou is a top lady and a very good journalist. yaya wants only his sycophants to be chanting his glory but some will never sell out.
the guy presided over countless murders and disappearances yet claim he is democractic. yeh ,in his dreams. fear tactics have its limits. he will pay come what may.

Surah- Ar-Rum 30-22

If Fatou is innocent (which i suppose she is until proven otherwise), she will be free. The magistrate presiding over the case is a no nonsense man and is not and will not be pocketed by anybody, not even Jammeh. Let me guarantee you that. Buba Jawo is an honest man and will never put an innocent person in jail.

It is the mark of intelligence to entertain an idea without accepting it.
