Olusegun Obasanjo you have mediated in many countries in crisis in Africa as AU chairman which is a job well done but why are you trying to imflame the fragile democracy in Nigeria.My understanding is that you want to run for the third term thereby ammending the constitution you swore to defend.Sir your country is a hotbed for military takeovers why do you want to give an excuse to a liutentant to seize power.Nigeria is a very delicate country in the sub region because instability in nigeria means anarchy in west africa and more worrying can we cope with the refugees.Step aside and allow vice president ATIKU and the rest of your cabinet to fight for the leadership of PDP.By amending the constitution which is being lobbied so selfishly by politically out of touch governors would only sow seeds of self perpetuate rule and put your young democracy into disrepute.These governors are only interested in holding onto their positions and are not seeing the repercussions that might follow.Mr president you dont want to be remembered as a president who was shown the exit door with the barrell of a gun but as a president who honourably handed the baton of power to an elected president.Mr president a word for a wise is enough.
