Lemon, There are many. In fact, the best one is at Imam Omar Sowe Avenue in Banjul. It is run by pa Jallow and he means buisness and has good transports. Try him.
And there is a Hertz next to the Shell gasstation in Bakoteh - i once rented a good Landcruiser with a driver (couldn't have the car without one) for 4 days for 11,000 dalasis (including the costs for the driver's overnight stays etc.) + filling up the tank when we got back. We went to Basse and beyond without any trouble whatsoever.
