News from Banjul. On -going CAF U-20 qualifiers last stage has just concluded and our darling U-20 has beaten Mali this evening 3-2 on aggregate to qualify for their maiden continental tournament of this level. We hope and pray that they repeat the feat of the former u-17 crowned African champions. The U-20 is the Gambia's second national side to qualify for a continental competition.
The senior squad are also doing ok in their qualifiers for Ghana 2008. We pray they too qualify.
