| im catching up on housecleaning, bill paying and food shopping. how about you. we have several cultural festivals going on, one is "Plantation Days", which I think you might find abit odd, a celebration of the "hertigage of plantation life, when the farmers who were Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Okinawan, Hawaiian lived and worked in camps and worked the fields for sugar cane. |

| I spent yesterday preparing food for my neice's 18th birthday party and today I'm going to the party. Will be good to catch up with family. |

| today it is all abut housework, but tomorrow iam a steward/helper at an event in london called walk for life, it raise money for hiv/aids projects. if the weather is good as it has been should be a fun day. It will be good to get out for a day and not be around the news. enjoy yourselves. |

Sleepless nights for me over a new born.
But Jambo's qoute above is the real cure. I don't tune cnn or fox news nowadays. I hope the new face of the world will have it good for all regardless of nationality, religion, race etc...Many mute things will surface soon with Gambia's presidential election at the corner.

Greetings, the 3am newborn cry - ouch! I remember it well - I later went on to work many years of night shifts, so it could'nt have been that bad.
With the atrocities that have been taking place in Lebanon let us pray that the point of no return has not been reached, and some form of peace is found.
