The locals are more in favour of this initiative undertaken by H.E. to be based at a more local level in instead of a central level, they believe, quite understandably, that different areas of Gambia suffer from different criminal problems that are more easily identified by local teams on the ground,very sensible,but will decentralisation be allowed,or is it seen as a way to take away power from the centre ?
Ahhh politics again or a real inititave to deal with criminal elements in the whole country ?
