The keeper gets to throw Hitting any he chose Hard or hardest is his choice Hurting and caring not a hoot For that game is meant to hurt All and sundry in the square Till the weak run away hurt, bruised and in shame To return another day again to play Hoping to be a victor and not the victim The chances of which are never guaranteed
In the village square Sosolasso is not socialism It's a game of cruelty Controlled and fueled by the need to hurt Compassion having no place or say at all The hardened skins of the kids out play Have never thought of bullies in town They contend with hard hurtling balls of their mates Then scramble to have a hold of the same Wherewith they too can cause some pain A vicious cycle that never ends till the end of the game With no referee or umpire to judge Sosolasso the game of kids ;so cruel But no one tells them kids to stop Because it is and has always been A game of kids in the square From time immemorial

Thanks bro T and Karamba it is a great joy for me to write i am hopeful that i get some attention via this medium even if it is minuite , that is a mark on my sleeve . I still have not mustered enough courage to set my ramblings in book form perhaps I never would but as they get read here that might suffice .
