Big Problems here for the employees and the owners who are alleged to be "claiming financial bankruptcy, they are engaged in hiring privates securities", the 105 staff must be paid,but how? if the management has insufficient money to carry on the staff payments can only be paid with the agreement with any new owner,who is probably likely to want to hire his own staff.The existing management also have a problem with 105 disgruntled employees,outside security is a wise and necessary move on their part. This is just another case of a failed business in The Gambia,something that frequently happens.you must ask yourself the reason, WHY? The situation is not helped at all by "efforts to reach Modibo Taal, the General Manager of the hotel, proved futile."
