Toubab1020, the all speculative Sister Omega has no clue who goes in and out of Gambia at what times. We all know how treacherous Jammeh's killer machinery is bad enough in doing the job they know well enough. Not everyone is scared as Sister Omega wants to believe. Around the world, other tyrants have tried but failed abysmally. No doubt, Gambia's home grown dictator will be shown proper exit out of forceful rule.

What a foolish thread Karamba.

Why you may ask?
Answer: Hamat Bah came second place the other parties came third and fourth. That was the official result.

Bah stood up against Jammeh and Darboe. He beat Darboe. Now explain to us all why Bah is a bigger loser than Darboe?

Now as far as I am concerned what a person can see hear or feel is not solely determined by where they live. You can have Gambians living in Britain backing Jammeh and people in Gambia backing him also. You can also have opposition both at home or aboard too.

Gambia's opposition is split and the National Assembly will have other colours this time around. That in itself is progress when reflecting divergent views.

Karamba you don't know me and I don't fit into any of your boxes and wouldn't want to because they are far too tiny for me to squeeze into. Those of you who follow my blog know I post a variety of articles on it from all of the world. Following your logic Karamba I would have to live in every article I've ever expressed an opinion on. My readers reflect global diversity.

Are you honestly expecting people to take you seriously when you assert that a person can't have an opinion unless they live in the country they are talking about?

Just for one minute I swallowed your propaganda that Gambia is as bad as you would like us all to believe. Then why didn't everyone stay inside and not vote or just vote one opposition party in?

Karamba your analysis of the Gambian election can only be described as amateurism you really can't expect people to take you seriously here. Obviously they haven't in Gambia.

Peace

Reading, comprehension, and appreciation of message or meaning are crucial to written communication. Sorry to take the bull by its horn but you lost it this time too Sister Omega big time. To ask if you still live in Britain is only another way of ensuring that you have seen not just one Prime Minister clinging on power by misusing British Army. That is what Jammeh is doing. Election, oh no you missed again. Jammeh should not have been part of elections in Gambia at all. Think of this.

Karamba woulda shoulda and coulda. The reality of the situation is Jammeh stood for the election and won whether the opposition likes it or not that is the reality.

Gambians at home live with this reality and many willed that reality to happen. That is why it is reality and not a fantasy.

Now we all get the message that you are finding it difficult to accept this reality and are deluded in your attempts of denying the reality.

Nevertheless a nation cannot be built on the hatred of one person. Gambians what progressive development and that's what they are striving for on a daily basis.

Kobo Clever arguments don't seem to influence the mass public in Gambia otherwise Jammeh would not be President today. This is longgg story. That's been repeated for last 18 years.

You can write lists and frantically post however does the audience you profess to want to empower actually read this content?

If so the question you need to ask is why are they continuing to ignore these messages that you deem to be so important?

Sister Omega. DON'T PRETEND ON "REALITY" ON THE GROUND OR THE SYSTEM; SIMPLY TYRANNY, DICTATORSHIP, FEAR, ABUSE OF POWER AND MAL-GOVERNANCE

YOUR POSTURES ARE TYPICAL OF THOSE ON SIDE OF TYRANTS READY TO DEFEND AUTOCRACY UNTIL TOPPLED BY FORCE; AS DICTATORSHIP AND PUPPET GOVERNMENT HAS NO PLACE IN 21ST CENTURY AND ADVANCE SOCIETY ALLUDED BY KARAMBA, WHICH YOU MUST APPRECIATE

IDI AMIN, GHADAFFI, MUBARAK AMONGST OTHERS WERE THERE

Kobo you know something this victim pose is really tiring and pathetic. Really it is. Now this stance works to get some gullible people to buy tickets or give away their fortunes to help poor needy souls who are in the clutches of a wicked tyrant. But that's nothing but a mirage and distortion of the truth.

Cause once the so called political assylum seekers or economic refugees get their visa. What they want is a slice of the economic cake of their host countries and the lifestyles that goes along with it.

They also want to impose their new found lifestyle on their leaders at home who aren't falling for it. They couldn't really give a damn about what's really happening back in Gambia as long as they don't have to go back there to live in poverty.
They've probably already exchanged their green passports for red ones that they would never exchange for nothing.

Listen let's be real you guys want to earn respect go home and state your case. Just like the Opposition in Burma has. They have stood up for what they've believed in for 30 years Aung San Suu Kyi is a respected leader. She stayed in Burma and stood up against a more oppressive regime with greater military might!

Peace

Kobo,
If a person is heartless enough to give such unflinching support for tyranny, that is full story. Even the thickest visually impaired, lame in body and soul, they still see blood on the tyrant's walls. This is the zenith of deceit. But if this is what Sister Omega reveals about her heart, no amount of sense will get near enough.

Karamba point your finger as much as you like cause four fingers are pointing back at you. Again I'd like to congratulate Hamat Bah for being brave and bold in having the integrity from standing out and disassociating himself from a bunch of cowards who shout off their mouths without substance or the courage to stand up for what they believe in. They are the ones who wear the veil to hide behind and shout on the sidelines to incite others to break Gambian laws with no intention of finding solutions for the most vulnerable sections of Gambian society.

Point of order Karamba

your statement is against the rules of the internet using discriminatory words against disabled people is dispicable to say the least. You need to ammend delete or retract them as a point of decency. Momodou I put it to you that EU rules on the internet doesn't tolerate any discrimination against Disabled people.
In this instance Karamba's remarks is indefensable and he should apologise to an of the readers he may offended in his description of a profoundly disable person

Karamba don't think the UK is a soft touch for these discriminatory remarks either you've just broke UK law with this too. You need to apologies.

Hey Sister Omega, if you are whatever you want to prove, do so. Feel offended, sort yourself out. You spend all the time over here defending a killer tyrant. If that that is not crime, what is it then? You stoop too low to think you can score with cheap sentiments.

The statement is no disrespect to visually impaired but a message for anyone with bit of sense. Go look for incriminating EVIDENCE by exposing the killers of many Gambians and stop playing cheap sentiments here.

If you are out here to support a killer regime, what does that make you ?

You have no clue about how anyone relates to people of impairment so stop your wild horse hysterical fumes here. Stop the cheap sentiments.

You have been more exposed than ever. Get that. If you so much believe in the killer tyrant, what is your business with those who know the killer has no future ?

Karamba, This thread was about Hamat Bah not Jammeh but because you are such a deluded character it seems you don't know one from the other. Really, if you are the major spokesman for the opposition and your mouth is its major weapon in it arsenal. Then they will be playing in the long grass to the next Century!

For your information Sister Omega of the sea waters, I never in one word posted anything here that gives impression to be supporting what you call OPPOSITION. That is a figment of your narrow imagination.

All I have been putting thick over here is that a bandit with guns seized power along with other bandits. For 17 years, the bandit aided by his killer comrades remain in forced rule over a whole population. That has to stop. Election is bogus in Gambia. Let the bandit return to barracks or go where he fits well. More than 17 years forced rule only put Gambia in serious difficult condition and the bandit knows that.

Hamat Bah lost it big time because he was in the business of legitimising a rogue regime by going to election at all.

A house built on broken foundation will never stand the test of durability. Gambians are fed up with gun men taking whole nation hostage and it has to stop. These terrorists you are supporting have no place in decent society. Shame on everyone in support of a terror regime.
