TRIO!

"Our trio are not in Rio, they are in Cambi Bolongo!
What an engine of wisdom,determination and reflections!
Slow but sure,sure but not cold.
Where do they fit?
History says they are the drivers of a steady course.
When did it all start? It started in 1986!
FOROYAA means FREEDOM!
PDOIS means the engine of thought.
Politics is their sea of ideas.
Can history spit on them?
It can't!
There is no saliva left!
History's watery mouth has been rinsed by their determination!
These are our trio, whose weight cannot be dragged by a clio car!
Who is Halifa? Look at Sidia.
Who is Sidia? Look at Sam.
Who is Sam? Look at the first two.
Unity O Unity!
The trio are serving us dishes.
Where is the kitchen?
It is in their hearts.
Gambia my Gambia.
Gambia our Gambia.
Man to man is so unjust.
Gambia our Gambia
Nation to man is not unjust.
Trust is not frost.
Our trio are not the fog of hostory!
They are the trio who are not inferior!
Never say nay! to sister Amie.
You the woman of all women are our Gambian mother Theresa!
We say FOROYAA BUKA DOYAA! Freedom is never little.
Freedom fighters you shall never be out of mind!
We want a book with all the lessons, mistakes and successes.
We want a library with all these reflections and archives.
We want a lasting school right there in The Gambia.
Should they hand over the party's leadership to a fresh team?
We want them to think about it on their own!
Aahh Life! You are so unjust but you are an interesting journey.
