This is a bit too complicated for me but there maybe brilliant readers who can understand and make sense of this from The Daily News, the author a "Mr Abdou Karim Sanneh, a Gambian in UK" must be a university lecturer or someone of that ilk not at all a man of the people.
Try a read and see if you can understand,comment?,no, its not political enough.
