W achieved that in a 8 yr period, but BHO has just been President for 2˝ years. You're comparing apples to mangoes. One is sweeter than the other . Your arguement is premature. Might make sense in 5˝ years.
BTW, Michelle Obama is visiting South Africa then Bostwana as we speak, whilst BHO is slugging it out in Washington. That's good news for Africa. Patience, baby.........................................................lol!

| America has it's own problems at this point, the relevance of George Bush cannot be overshadowed by anything BHO can dream up. Economically the country is fighting not to mention the high unemployment rate due to the recession. Bush is Africa's darling and give the man that well deserved credit.
