The UN should go for it regardless of Israeli objections as Israel is being completely unreasonable. If the UN does not recognise Palestinian nationhood they are by default denying Palestines right to self determination. Thereby condoning the indefensible position which subjugates Palestinians to the status of being less human than all of the countries of the UN. Why is the UN allowing Israel special treatment their citizens aren't superior to the Palestinians. Nyatenau reminds me of Botha who thought he was invincible. However just like the Apartheid Regime in South Africa Israel's current administration cannot stop Palestinian liberation indefinitely. The French should stick to their guns and call Israel's bluff.
