I have often wondered exactly who is giving money for this to be publicised and enforced in all countries ? It appears very strange that the cigarette companies are silent on this,no moans or complaints,no smoking must be costing them BILLIONS of $.SO WHO IS PAYING FOR THIS PROGRAMME,someone is that's for sure BUT WHO ?
