Yes of course he will,but I do wish that he was consistent in his views, sometimes they are very sensible sometimes the are insulting and a load of rubbish, instead of discussing things and ideas with those who hold differing views to his own. I have to say that policies and promises to the electorate that should play a part in all politics appear often to be sadly lacking by many participants who are members of the various political parties that use this forum,without this basic structure I fail to see the point in Gambian politics,except for personal glory and gain to the winner.

Edu got it wrong when he used lack of jurisdiction to dismiss cases. unless there is evidence of abuse of process in the prosecution of these cases, the magistrate (Edu) should have refer them to the High court in the public interest as these cases are about the credibility and integrity of our electoral system. A residual power lies in every court to protect public interest where possible provided it will not lead to injustice or result to abuse of process.
