The committee is chaired by Serekunda representative Halifa Sallah who told the GGC officials that they cannot present the corporation’s reports and financial statements in the absence of the board members. Mr Sallah informed the officials that if they deem the past board members or management could be of any help to them they should invite them to join them at the National Assembly for the presentation of the reports. He said it is a constitutional requirement that a report must be presented within three months after the end of its financial term by the head of the institution.
