Very sorry, GAMBIANS must join the REAL world now and accept that NOTHING IS FOR FREE ANYMORE in Gambia,and must be paid for.The problem for NAWEC (not a charitable institution!!) is that pipework and labour costs have to be paid by NAWEC either by central taxation local taxation or by some worthy who feels that his name will live forever.A BIG difficulty is that there are NO JOBS available to EARN MONEY from WORK !!
