"At this juncture, he was asked by the Judge to name the magistrate who made the ruling that led the defence to apply at the high court.
The defence counsel could not recall the identity of the magistrate.
He therefore applied for an adjournment to enable him to regularize the content of the appeal at the high court with necessary information. There was no objection made by the state counsel.
The trial judge at this juncture, adjourned the matter to Wednesday, 29th October, 2014 at 12pm for the defence to regularize and put their house in order."
