By KebbaJeffang
The Principal Magistrate of the Brikama Magistrate’s Court Dayoh, M. SmallMagistrate Small Dago Dago, has resign from the judiciary after serving four years on the bench, a reliable source told Foroyaa.
The source said that the former member of the Gambian bench has resigned from the judiciary and would not be presiding over any case after the judgment of the Babylon thirteen, which he is supposed to deliver on Thursday, 28th August, 2014.
It was revealed that during his four year service on the bench, Small Dago has served all the regions of the country, except Upper River (URR). It was also gathered that he will continue working in the judicial system, but as a private legal practitioner.
