Posted - 29 Jul 2014 : 15:33:10 The problem here appears to be the period of time that the finished blocks were left 14 YEARS,does the magistrate consider that the blocks had been abandoned by the owner or not? is 14years a reasonable time to leave blocks on the land? is there a dispute in relation to the ownership of the land ?
