These words IMPLY that the figures relate to GAMBIA,I would suggest that these have been gleaned from MAYBE the WHO or some other agency NOT in the Gambia,
"According to her, on average, an adult Gambian male aged 25 to 64 years smokes about 10 sticks of cigarettes a day"
I wonder where these figures she mentioned in the quote above originated,such survey results have been headline news in the Observer I would have expected,should they have been carried out through out the whole of Gambia.
Her speech was about generalities and not specifically about Gambia which should have been her main focus.
