We see more old timers pick up jobs from the regime. These were people who held positions of trust in the previous regime. How do you classify them?

One advantage of being an "old timer" is that they have EXPERIENCE of the many pitfalls in life and hopefully can teach the longer people of the 21st Century to watch out for the pitfalls that they may fail to spot, therefore they MAY make a more reliable politician, however they should not be allowed to stay in post until they are considered to be dinosaurs in modern day thinking.
