ANNEX I

TERMS OF REFERENCE

The Committee shall:-

(a) Put the AFPRCīs Programme of Activities and Timetable to members of the general public nation-wide and obtain their views thereon;

(b) Study and review the AFPRC's Programme of Activities taking into account the views of the people and The Gambia's development partners;

(c) Study and review the AFPRC's Timetable for the return of The Gambia to democratic constitutional rule taking into account the views of the people and the Gambia's development partners;

(d) Make such recommendations as it considers appropriate following the study and review carried under (b) and (c) above;

(e) Submit its report to the AFPRC within twenty-one days from the date of its appointment.
