The commander of The Gambia Navy, Commodore Madani Senghore, has died.
Senghore died at the Westfield Clinic earlier this evening.
His death comes hours after the death of the former head of the Anti-Crime Crime Unit, Gorgui Mboob, who died early today after a long battle with illness.
