The day of the decision of The High court in Banjul together with the ruling of Justice Aminata Ceesay-Saho must have made the whole village very happy.( Muhammed Bassirou Secka, son of the late leader Muhamadoul Habibulah Secka who represents the whole village,)it shows that Justice is available to the people of Gambia on this day.
The reporter Yankuba Jallow fails to mention if costs were awarded to, or even asked for by the appellants ,quite an important consideration I should have thought Legal process in never cheap.
