A new Law regarding tobacco is now in force,those who use tobacco can be fined up to D2500 or 3 months in prison, the powers enacted by the Tobacco Control Act 2016 are indeed VERY SWEEPING ,relating to smokers,sellers of tobacco,tobacco advertising and many other matters.
