Is this the new 491 scam? First time to hear about these companies. Which Kingdom did he say he comes from?

I have no idea about a new scam,or anything else concerning "HRH Prince Ebrahim" I can confirm ONLY that a speech was made on 20th January by one of their members bearing that name at the IOD in London,here is a link to their website:
