LONG LONG OVERDUE,the availability of forged drugs in containers that look totally authentic but contain nothing like a medicine yet are charged at "reduced" prices by charlatan pharmacists at shops must no longer be regarded "as a good business to be in you can make a lot of money " but as indulging in the sale of a forged product,I do not know the penalty under Gambian Law, in English law it's 10 Years in prison.
Genuine drugs in some countries given as aid to hospitals are sometimes stolen,I understand, and sold on to private pharmacies,this is also a factor that may be taken into consideration in the drafting of an EFFECTIVE law.

Any one know if this bill has passed into law?,
IF SO.
Is it effective?
Which government department is responsible for enforcement and checks?

OBVIOUSLY NOT. This is about Gambia,surley there must be a reader somewhere on the earth who knows and is prepared to give information to other Gambian readers of Bantaba in Cyberspace.........NO.... well then no change in readers behaviour no one has their own opinion
