A Gambian friend of mine who is entitled to retirement benefit from payments paid into Gambian Social Security funds many years ago when he worked for foreign companies on "projects",he has applied for payment months ago, the records are visible (he has seen them himself) on the computers held by the Social security but,he has been told that there is a long queue,of entitled Gambians awaiting payment, Rumor has it that payments to those entitled may take years before they are paid.
I am afraid that the Foroyaa case is just one of a great number of people in the same position as my friend.
