1. Maafanta.com with Justice Nkea; Dear Editor, please permit me space to use your medium to correct some misconceptions and to truly inform the Gambian Public on why I sentenced Wowo, Njogu, and Jobateh.
Every Gambian and anyone who claims to love The Gambia knows that Wowo is a Jammeh Man, so also is Njogu and Jobateh.
As one who believes in the absolute independence of the Judiciary, I will never work for any lame duck Chief Justice nor for a Judiciary whose CJ is tied to the apron strings of the executive. A CJ that is always at the beck and call of Jammeh.
I am content that in sending these 3 Jammeh Boys to mile 2, I have contributed my quota to humanity. I do not care about all the lies that are being published about me in the media.
My conscience is clear, Justice Wowo to me is guilty of wining and dining with Jammeh, and I will forever hold him so.
Interestingly, I heard he is appealing my celebrated judgement; I advise Gambians to be patient, Wowo will not win even though his own brother is one of the judges handling the case.
God has indeed heard the cries of all Gambians by sending Wowo to Justice Fagbenle, Wowo’s very own Achilles ’ heel....Full Report

Maafanta.com with Justice Nkea;
22/07/2014 The Editor-in-Chief Maafanta.com
Dear Sir/Madam My attention has just been drawn to a letter in your online tabloid captioned: My Case Against Justice Wowo & Co, purportedly written to you by me. I hereby categorically deny being the author of the said letter, and hence this disclaimer.
I also hereby strongly disassociate myself from the said letter and the innuendo that it purports. The purported letter is certainly an extension of a cheap, childish, and a sustained primitive campaign of calumny against me by a disgruntled few, with a misguided agenda. I accordingly ask that you publish this disclaimer forthwith, as a first step in setting the records straight, and I reserve my rights. Should you in future, receive any letter/correspondence purporting to come from me, I ask that you verify that information with me through email on NKEAJRESQ@YAHOO.COM, or NKEAJRESQ@GMAIL.COM before publication/action. Thank you. EMMANUEL A. NKEA Esq. C/c The Daily Observer Newspaper, Gambia The Point Newspaper, Gambia Foroyaa Newspaper, Gambia File |

| "...and I reserve my rights. " What a bullish statement from a judge who hurriedly left office before the country knows anything about his whereabout. He still thinks he is powerful. |
I do not oppose unity but I oppose dumb union. |
