No adjournment date set that I could find in this report by the point,maybe the case will continue on Monday with speeches by the lawyers?

Maybe not Monday then, PERHAPS Mondays list has got "lost" or a witness has travelled or maybe sick ?

The case was dealt with on TUESDAY.10th JUNE

"The prosecution should have called all the material witnesses, but it failed to do so, he added."

“The prosecution has woefully failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt,” Magistrate Tabally declared, and announced that he would uphold the no-case submission made by the defence."


Defendant discharged.
