It would have been an excellent opportunity for local people to be somewhere in the steering of this project rather than very well intentioned foreigners,who appear to have done all the hard work the locals being the beneficiaries of this excellent initiative.

Are my comments above unfair ?

On another note, (i am probably going to need my tin hat for this one) it is stated that

"The Indian Honorary ......challenged the beneficiaries to maintain the facilities ....."

Well we know that aint gonna happen!!!!
