The author of the piece obviously has a great dislike for H.E. and the his home village,I do have the feeling though that a great deal of the content is churned out words crafted and designed to shock ,there appears very little verifiable evidence of facts,as the online newspaper has decided that they will hold onto control of every word preventing those reading quoting content, unless the free online newspaper has given authority for material to be used elswhere, nothing free about that, this online "newspaper" isnt really a newspaper it appears to me to be a total political instrument designed specifically to "expose" faults in Gambia's administration,I cannot ever remember ever reading any news.

With all the thunderous messages splashing over chairman Jammeh daily, are you saying that it is no fair deal for others to share alternative views?

How will you consider a suggestion for writing to the author/editor and see if they publish your take on the issues?

From what comes up quite often, the site in view claims they are doing the best.

Do you agree or disagree with claims as the article portrays?

"Do you agree or disagree with claims as the article portrays?"
I have no idea if they are true or not,so I have no views , it is incorrect to give a view if you are unable to form an opinion because you do not know the truth,I am not into politics and definatly do not intend to ask this publication to publish my views. They wouldn't anyway.
Is the Author a person of some standing? , has he had any other articles published other than in The Gambia Echo ?

Toubab1020, you wrote and I quote:

"I am not into politics and definatly do not intend to ask this publication to publish my views. They wouldn't anyway.
Is the Author a person of some standing? , has he had any other articles published other than in The Gambia Echo ?" End of quote.

May be if you try the author or editor of the site, they could help with your questions.

How do you know they will not publish your views? That sounds judgemental, don't you think so?

Quite fairly then, if you are free to judge, what stops the other person from judging?

Other sources traced this;

Karamba,I am not trying to wind you up your views are so entrenched on one topic that I cannot understand how we can communicate, sorry.I dislike politics anyway. I do like new ideas and especially ideas that are put into action to make things better, the vice president made a good speech recently and I hope that her ideas can be implemented and run the course,so often everything breaks or runs out of steam in Gambia

Toubab1020,

In order not to overload, it is highly prudent a person takes so much within your remits. Within this front, I have settled for one piece to bite on. That is the overall unjust, corrupt, deceptive, self perpetuating ways of devils posing as angels.

Sorry if you require diversity, there is no doubt others have better ideas on differents matters.

I prefer not to widen my take beyond exposing corruption and deception as so badly despised.

Sorry for having this much on your plate as you so badly dislike politics.

Try Daily Observer and State House sites. There is some deli to lick.
