Brute force, greed, or deception; what is keeping Yaya Jammeh in power?

What you are about to read from the link below is something I don't agree with. I thought it is far too low for Yaya. Read on:

Fascinating Karamba. All dictators live like that. The brief enjoyment means everything to them. However, it caught up with them in a damn ugly fashion.

Surah- Ar-Rum 30-22
"And among His signs is the creation of heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. verily, in that are indeed signs for men of sound knowledge." Qu'ran

Santanfara,

Yaya Jammeh is also a notorious hypocrite. When you hear him condemn anything, he is deeply indulged in that. When he promotes anything, he does not believe in that. There are million examples.

It is such multiple standard (beyond double standards) that Yaya is twisting around as though fit for purpose.

Does Yaya Jammeh need reminding that nobody invited him to rape democracy with that brutal conduct of a coup?

What do you think is running inside of Yaya's mind that keeps him thinking Gambians will accept leaving him the way he is?

Sister Omega, that sounds rather blasphemous. Remember before the thick dark cover on his drug dealings was blown, Jammeh claimed he got his illicit money from Allah's World Bank.

Jammeh is so corrupt he even attempts to bribe devils and angels. Will he escape by using the name of God in vain?

Have some respect for Allah, Sister Omega.

Karamba,

Those Creative writers you've been hanging out with are experiencing genre confusion. Those Guys should be working on movies rather than focusing on Journalism.

Whose keeping Jammeh in power? Answer Allah for a specified time only. It's only Allah knows the exact time when Jammeh will no longer be President the rest is speculation. Therefore who knows what will happen tomorrow let alone who will live to see tomorrow. What is keeping Jammeh in power the opposition because if Freedom Newspaper is the mouth piece of the opposition then most people will stick with what they're familiar with.

What is keeping Jammeh in power? No fixed time limit in the Constitution for the Head of State. Coupled with a weak fragmented opposition with no strong vision or sense of purpose for the nation.

Peace

It is not so much the creative writings that look impressive. It is the actions of Jammeh that come so alarming. Everything is very much scary.

Answer

- Support of people
- Lack of alternative

diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.

Sister Omega,

Nothing to force down your throat. There is a twist of events that provoked so much. All the time your patron was throwing away money, lot of people wondered how it was possible; knowing it is beyond his legitimate income.

With discovery of cocoaine, that is not oil as promised. You do not have to rubbish matters like that.

Turk, you count on popularity. Is that good enough reason?

Well removing someone from the power is about 'popularity' of the leader. If there is another leader that has more popularity, he or she will remove the current president from the power with the election. That is the only way I know for a regime change. What are you counting on other than popularity? Coup? Assassination? Violent uprising?

The most popular political position holder has abundance of responsibility to resist self perpetration. Hope that looks better.

Remember the fellow staged a coup; nothing far from armed robbery.
