I had that now adays in the Gambia, if they find any gambian girls, moving with toubabs, they gonna arrest you and gonna make u pay an amount of money.
I cannot answer that BUT its quite a good idea though,it helps your poor salary and probably makes some toubabs think about their wives,young attractive Gambian girls moving with Old toubabs may not get a rich husband
