| Santafara,I am happy that England is a place where people holding differing views can hold an open meeting without fear and with freedom of expression,from your posting I assume is open to any member of the public who wishes to attend,the publication of a mobile telephone number for all to see and communicate through is also an expression of the new openness of UDP- UK.Thanks. |

Toubab, thanks for the comments. We have from the start been open about our affairs as far as I know. We have always put an email at the end of all our publications.
And many of those that became members responded to our calls. Some in countries outside England.
Indeed the conference is open to everybody. It will be an avenue to
share our party line. We all know the menace of drugs in every society and I have personally criticicse Gambians that are involve in it in foriegn countries. It is therefore time to salvage our nation.
Ordinaryly Toubab, I will not talk politics, however, things have fallen apart big time. Speak to Gambian civil servants, you wil feel the harsh reality.
We expect Gambians and non-Gambians to support Yahya Jammeh. This is a fact of life. His time is up!
I too like the U.K for its relative tolerance and respect for human endevours, This is all we want in the Gambia. We see some non-Gambian talking down on us for wanting a simple respect for the humans values. They try to explain aspects of the human well-being that awlays change due to time. |
