Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “There is a Surah in the Book of Allah containing thirty verses that will intercede on behalf of him who recites it until he is rescued from Hell and admitted to Paradise; and it is Surah Tabarak (Surah Al-Mulk).” [Tirmidhi]

Narrated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle (pbuh) said, "Treat women nicely, for a women is created from a rib, and the most curved portion of the rib is its upper portion, so, if you should try to straighten it, it will break, but if you leave it as it is, it will remain crooked. So treat women nicely." (Bukhari) |

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radhiallaho anho): Allah's Apostle said, "Fasting is a shield (or a screen or a shelter). So, the person observing fasting should avoid sexual relation with his wife and should not behave foolishly and impudently, and if somebody fights with him or abuses him, he should tell him twice, 'I am fasting." The Prophet added, "By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, the smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk. (Allah says about the fasting person), 'He has left his food, drink and desires for My sake. The fast is for Me. So I will reward (the fasting person) for it and the reward of good deeds is multiplied ten times."
Bukhari Vol. 3 : No. 118 ---------
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radhiallaho anho): The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said, "Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink (i.e. Allah will not accept his fasting.)"
Bukhari Vol. 3 : No. 127 ---------
Narrated by Anas bin Malik (Radhiallaho anho) : We used to travel with the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) and neither did the fasting persons criticize those who were not fasting, nor did those who were not fasting criticize the fasting ones.

Thank you, Momodou for the beautiful Hadiths aforementioned. May Allah reward you abundantly for your efforts.
It is encouraged that we complete the Qur’an during Ramadan, because it is the month of the Qur’an: “The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’an, a guidance for mankind & clear proofs for the guidance & the criterion (between right & wrong)” [2:185] ~ Jibreel [PBUH] used to come to Prophet Muhammad (peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) every night in Ramadan & review the Qur’an with him. [Muslim 4268]

Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] said, "Whoever has wronged his brother, should ask for his pardon (before his death), as (in the Hereafter) there will be neither a Dinar nor a Dirham. (He should secure pardon in this life) before some of his good deeds are taken & paid to his brother, or, if he has done no good deeds, some of the bad deeds of his brother are taken to be loaded on him (in the Hereafter)." [Bukhari V8:B76#541]
Quran: The people in Hell will say about themselves, "Had we but listened or used our intelligence, we should not (now) be among the Companions of the Blazing Fire!" [Al-Quran 67:10] A warning for all of us....
Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, “Sight is a poisonous arrow of the devil. Whosoever, whether male or female, protects himself or herself from evil glances, will be granted a sweet eeman (faith) which will please his/her heart.” [Tabrani]

Those who have knowledge about Allah agree that when you get to the point of losing all hope , it means that Allah has entrusted to you your own affairs. And when you have trust and hope in ALLAH. It means that ALLAH has guided you to goodness. Faith in Allah is the way to salvation!!

Say: "O 'Ibâdî (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds & sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allâh, verily Allâh forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And turn in REPENTANCE & in OBEDIENCE with true Faith (Islâmic Monotheism) to your Lord & submit to Him, (in Islâm), before the torment comes upon you, (and) then you will not be helped." It is related by Abdullah bin Abbas that the Apostle of God said: “Even if a man possesses two fields and two forests full of worldly goods, he will like to have a third, and man’s belly will get filled up only with earth [i.e., his insatiable appetite for wealth will end only in the grave], and God shows compassion to the bondsman who turns his face towards Him.” Bukhari and Muslim
Commentary:- Excessive desire for wealth is a common human failing to the extent that if a man’s fields and forests are overflowing with riches he will still not be satisfied and would go on wanting an increase in them till the last moment of his life.
Fondness for wealth ends only with death. There is a special favor of the Lord on those who make Him, and not the material world, the object of their adoration. God grants them contentment and they lead a happy and peaceful life here in this world too. |

Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] passed by some people who were wrestling. He [PBUH] asked, "What is this?" They said: "So-and-so is the strongest, he can beat anybody." The Prophet [PBUH] said, "Shall I not tell you who is even stronger then him? The man who, when he is mistreated by another, controls his anger, has defeated his own shaytaan and the shaytaan of the one who made him angry." [al-Bazzar & Ibn Hijr; Sahih]
The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: "The first of those who shall enter Paradise are the people who do acts of kindnesses." [Tibrani]

Seek assistance through patience and prayer; surely Allah is with the patient.* (Al Qu'ran, 2:153)
The Prophet (pbuh) said: “The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. When Allah loves a people He tests them. Whoever accepts that wins His pleasure but whoever is discontent with that earns His wrath.” [al-Tirmidhi (2396) and Ibn Maajah (4031)]
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The most common thing which leads people to Paradise is taqwa of Allah and good conduct, and the most common thing which leads people to the Hell Fire is the mouth and the private parts.” [Tirmidhi] A warning for all of us.
"We have to be the best to our spouses. We have to be the best to our parents. These are fundamentals in relationships, & by the way all the other relationships get fixed - if these two are fixed. And these two - the only way they will get fixed - is if your relationship with ALLAH is fixed. So if you have marriage problems & parental problems, you know what the real problem is - TAQWA & IMAAN!" [by Nouman Ali Khan] |

"O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salât (prayer) on Friday (Jumu'ah prayer), come to the remembrance of Allâh [Jumu'ah religious talk (Khutbah) and Salât (prayer)] and leave off business (and every other thing), That is better for you if you did but know!" [The Qur'an ~ Surah Al-Jumua ~ 62:9]

The Seven Under the Shade
Abu Hurairah narrates that the Prophet (SAW) said:
There are seven whom Allah will shade in His Shade on the Day when there is no shade except His Shade:
1.) A just ruler
2.) A youth who grew up in the worship of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic
3.) A man whose heart is attached to the mosques
4.) Two men who love each other for Allah’s sake, meeting for that and parting upon that
5.) A man who is called by a woman of beauty and position [for illegal intercourse], but be says: ‘I fear Allah’
6.) A man who gives in charity and hides it, such that his left hand does not know what his right hand gives in charity
7.) And a man who remembered Allah in private and so his eyes shed tears
This hadith can be found in both Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.

A group of the Sahabah asked Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him): “Teach us which kind of wealth is best, so that we may try to acquire it?” He (Peace Be Upon Him): said: “The best is (one that remembers Allah), a grateful heart and a believing wife who helps one’s faith.” (Reported by Ahmad, 5/278; al-Tirmidhi, 3039; Saheeh al-Jaami’, 5231).
