Depart Auckland New Zealand to Sydney Australia.
The problem of taking tours in Australia the distances are so vast the problem is once you reach the final destination of the tour you have to find your own way back. Which I found once I had reached Cape Tribulation in the far north of OZ To take a coach back to Sydney would take days as the coach would stop at many many towns on the way back.
So as I was so impressed with the Whit Sunday Islands we visited on the way I decided to take a cruise back to Sydney. In comparison you can forget the Caribbean Islands for me the Whitsunday Island are paradise and deserv the World Heritage Status.
However I do admit the most spectacular river Cruise was down the river Nile in Egypt which was truly awesome and breathtaking 10 out of 10

So on to the trip
Depart Sydney travel the scenic coastline of New South Wales on fully escorted coach trip

on to the picture town of Port Macquarie. Take cruise up the river Hamilton with dolphins chasing the boat Beautiful.

On To Byron Bay Gold coast following the lush Tweed River to the most Eastern point of Australia for superb views at Cape Byron Lighthouse.

On To Fraser island by ferry. The one of the largest sand Island in the world The Islands renowned for its beauty and unique ecology and is now protected for posterity as a world heritage area

On To Rockhampton on the mainland and visit cattle farm for round up and Kooranga Crocodile farm.

On To Makay Australia's sugar capital where we board a catamaran to cruise to Brampton Island a large and beautiful National park. Located at the southern end of the Whitsunday Passage.

On To Townsville Toured the Bllabong Sanctuary

On To and travel north then climb the high tropical plateau known as the Athen Tables visit Mills water falls then a guided cruise on Lake Barrine.

On To Port Douglas Trek thru Heritage rain Forrest for half day then guided cruise on the river Daintree.

On To and board the Reef Catamaran and cruise the Great Barrier Reef .
Went down in a submarine to view the fish and corals Absolutely wonderful.

On to Kurunda and Board the Kuranda train for a historic ride taking us thru the scenic country side later boarded the Sky rail cabled car that takes you above the canopy of the tropical rain forests. Then visit the aboriginal Culture Park and theatre for traditional aboriginal show.

As I said previously take boat and cruise back to Sydney via the Whit Sunday Island And fly to Canberra the capital city and Melbourne then
On To Geelong and the start of the Great Ocean Road visit the National Wool Museum and view the art deco Eastern Beach Baths Complex.

On To along the Belarine Peninsular and visit Lonsdale and Queens cliff with beautiful Victorian Architecture with the largest best preserved military fort with breathtaking views across Port Philip Bay

On To Appolo Bay and Port Fairy winding through thick tropical rain Forrest's to reveal awesome waterfalls with spectacular coastal views from the headland. Travel along the ship wreck coast aptly named after 50 ships were wrecked and sunk with the limestone rock formations called the 12 apostles

On To Gambians National Park Highlights being Mount Victoria Look out Macanzie Falls Rieds Look out and Balconies. The Gambians are renowned for there fine collection of Aboriginal paintings and cultural centre

On To Halls Gap and - Penola with limes tone caves and prehistoric fossil rains other high lights is Bool Lagoon and Bird Sanctuary and the Coonawarra wine region.

On To Adelaide visiting the old fishing port of Kingston famous for its lobsters and Coorong National Park and Game reserve.

On to Alice Springs and take camel ride in to the out back

On to Ayes Rock Take helicopter flight with spectacular views of the rock

I don't know why people want to climb the rock its a very strenuous climb and once at the top all you can see is desert and scrub land

On To Fly back to Sydney I prefer Darling Harbour with The Maritime Museum the Aquarium bars and water side restaurants Took ferry across the harbour to the famous zoo at Manly went up the sky tower with spectacular views across the city. Visit the famous Sydney Opera House and climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge

Whilst my trip to America Asia and Australasia is coming to a close On reflection It has been all very good but i had not done any thing really exciting or breath taking So I went up in a plane and did a tandem sky dive and jumped out at 15000 feet. It wasn't exciting it was terrifying But once the chute opened wow it was terrific.
Back to the UK on 19th April Flying back on the new jumbo jet the A380 so that will be an experience

So what now I think a month back to Gambia to finish things of nicely.
You where right Toubab LoL

Taranga zoo is not in Manly - just correction. I been to most of these places you listed. Nice . You have seen the best of Australia. Glad you enjoyed it.

diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.
