Africa » Gambia Monday, 11 January 2010 The Criminal Division at the Attorney General#146;s Chambers has formally filed criminal charges against the alleged Jambur murderer.
The suspect is charged with offence of murder contrary to Section 187 of the Criminal Code, Vol 3, laws of The Gambia. The suspect, Sulayman Ceesay, a Bissau Guinean is alleged to have unlawfully caused the death of one Adama Jatta on October 30, 2009 at Jambur Village, Kombo South District of Western Region.
