Thanks for sharing.
It is a nice share....nolstalgia knows no bounds.
The tea is good for helping you with a relaxing environment, and it takes away tiredness from your body -a very good body stimulant especially if you don't smoke, drink or touch any other drug.In the Gambia, it is the living Bantaba. You can make a lot of friends if you are active in brewing it.
On the other hand, it is very addictive and costy...requires both time, energy and money.
