Did you find out what/where/who the muncipal office/rs are. i think people are thinking twice about buying abroad anywhere full stop. Look at Spain, Greece, Turkey, eastern europe the paradise, set up home for summer holidays for UK people not anymore, no buyers. Closer to Gambia look at Cape Verde, a lot of empty buildings there, that was gambia's main rival for distance, sunshine etc. |
