Thanks for the reminder on uploading the Ngaleng Sonko story. I will try to find time and go through my audio tapes soon. I have just returned from a short visit to the Gambia and have more managed to lay my hands on some more recordings to add to the site in the coming days.

Am not sure about the meaning given to "Kartong Folonko", but then, thats what makes oral tradition interesting.
