carrying on from Moe's article about President Jammeh's cure for HIV/AIDS being received with continued skepticism. I think plays into the hands of pharmaceuticals trying desperately to get their hands on his formula. At present trials are being carried out on patients who seem to be benefiting from Jammeh's formula. These trials don't need to be endorsed by the west to know whether or not they work. The proof of their success is down to whether the patients themselves recover to live their lives free of the disease.
