I appreciate this is under the entertainment category. Having read this article, I was left confused as to whether the author is: critiquing a movie [Slumdog Millionaire],dictating to us about self belief or trying to instill religious dogma. Since it is under the the entertainment category, I would have stuck to one area only[critique the movie] and leave the social and religious aspects to the professionals rather than trying to be all things to all men. I appreciate the movie is about social issues in India, but the angle taken by this author is inappropriate.
