Muhammad [SAWS] was of a height a little above the average. He was of sturdy build with long muscular limbs and tapering fingers. The hair of his head was long and thick with some waves in them. His forehead was large and prominent, his eyelashes were long and thick, his nose was sloping, his mouth was somewhat large and his teeth were well set. His cheeks were spare and he had a pleasant smile.
His eyes were large and black with a touch of brown. His beard was thick and at the time of his death, he had seventeen gray hairs in it. He had a thin line of fine hair over his neck and chest. His gait was firm and he walked so fast that others found it difficult to keep pace with him. His face was genial but at times, when he was deep in thought, there were long periods of silence, yet he always kept himself busy with something. He did not speak unnecessarily and what he said was always to the point and without any padding. At times he would make his meaning clear by slowly repeating what he had said. His laugh was mostly a smile. He kept his feelings under firm control - when annoyed, he would turn aside or keep silent, when pleased he would lower his eyes. (Shamail Tirmizi)

If you are into sacred relics, I recommend you to go to Istanbul. There are: foot step, beard, sweater of SAV in a museum of Topkapi with other islamic sacred sites like blue mosque, ayasophia.
I was fortunate to see many of them in Turkey. Also, most interesting ones were in Mali mosque of djenne, the city bukhara in uzbekistan, Kalon jami, tomb of abraham in south east turkey (not confirmed, only legend) and blue mosque in istanbul.

Turk, it is always an honor for any opportunity to visit the sacred places in conjunction with our deen. A few months ago, I performed Hajj for the first time and I had the opportunity to see many signs of our creator, some of which, were referenced in the holy Quran. Among the many signs of Allah were:
1. Al-Masjid Haram (The Sacred Mosque in Mecca) 2. Makama Ibrahim (The Station of Abraham) 3. The black stone (Believed to have been sent down from heaven) 4. The Ka'aba in its uttermost beauty 5. The wells of Zam Zam 6. Sa'ed commonly known as Saffa Marwa 7. Visited mount Hira and went inside the cave where Angel Gibriel (Alaihi Salaam) first delivered part of the very words of Allah (S.W.T) to our Noble prophet Muhammad (S.A.W)
We also had the opportunity of a lifetime to visit and paid tribute to the seal of the prophets, Mohamed IBN Abdullah, Salalahu Allayhi Wasalaam, in his mosque in Medinah Munawarah. Turk, the mosque of our dear prophet is unlike any thing I have laid my eyes on. Inside our Noble Prophet's mosque, between where he's laid to rest in Aisha (R.A)'s house and the mimbar, there is a place called Rawba. It was heard many times the prophet to have said that, Rawba is part of the garden of Jannah. Yes, we had the opportunity to pray and recite the holy Quran in Rawba.(Al-Handulillah).
We went to Barkiya to pay tribute and prayed for the Sahaba's like Ousman IBN Affan. Barkiya is also where the children and the wives of Nabi were laid to rest with the exception of Khadija, who was laid to rest in Mecca before the Hijra to Medina Munawarah. We visited Masjid Quba (The first Mosque built in Medina). Rasulillah used to frequently travel four miles from his residence to pray in Quba. He said that, 2 rakaa's prayed in Quba is equivalent to that of an Umra.
We also visited Masjid Qiblatain. The mosque known for its two mimbars. The Muslims used to face the direction of Jerusalem to pray until Allah (S.W.T) revealed in the Quran for all Muslims to start facing towards Mecca to pray. We proceeded to Uhud where the famous, yet unfortunate battle of Uhud was fought. We paid tribute to Hamza and the many Shahaba's who were martyred in Uhud. I have pictures of all of the aforementioned places and I am willing to share some of them for all to see with the permission of the admin of this site.

Blue mosque is typical turkish perspective on islamic architecture. Turks built the higher doms and minarets to show the islamic superiority over christians ones. Also, caligraphy and flowers reflect more of persian/turkish influence.
The turks in turkistan/central asia had different style.
